Learn to knit the 'Barley Hat' - level 2 Adventurous Beginner

This is a 3 session class on Tuesdays from 1:00-3:00

Ages: 12+ *we will add workshops for kids in the future
Class Max: 6 people
Class Minimum: 2 people  *classes with low enrollment are subject to cancellation.  You will be notified in advance but please sign up early so we can plan. Thank you.

This class is intended for adventurous beginners and a great follow up class to our learn to knit a garter stitch cowl class. 

Skills needed before attending this class:
Long tail cast on
Knitting and purling

Materials included in the cost:
-1 skein of Kelbourne Woolens Germantown (worsted weight)
-1 set of Clover bamboo circular needles size US 6 (4mm)
-1 set of Clover bamboo circular needles size US 8 (5mm)
-1 set of Clover bamboo double pointed needles size US 8 (5mm)

Knitting in the round on circular needles
Joining your cast on in the round
Knitting on double pointed needles
Decrease stitches (for the crown)
Closing up the top of the hat
