Trail Mix Beanie Pattern

This fun little adult-sized beanie comes with a plethora of cable combinations. I thought “Trail Mix” was a suitable name since it pretty much has a little bit of everything. Although this hat only uses simple left or right leaning cable crosses, the various combinations of the two result in: twists, braids, horseshoes, and X’s and O’s. The braids are carried down through the brim of the hat as well in three spots around the hat. They are evenly spaced, but you can choose to position a braided section off to the side of your forehead or centered when you put it on.

The pattern is broken up into 3 sections: the brim, the body, and decreases. I’ve included both a chart and written instructions for the brim and the body, and written instructions for the decreases.
